Professional equality

In 2024, we have been obtaining the great index of 100 out of 100 on the French professional gender equality index, proof of our engagement to guarantee gender equality. It is made up of 5 indicators:

Gender pay gap
The difference in the distribution of individual pay increases
Percentage of female employees who benefitted from a salary increase when back from maternity leave,
Parity among the 10 highest wages.
The total of calculable indicators is reduced by 100 points, published each year on the French Ministry of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing.
